My tracking information says that my order was delivered. How is that possible?

Sometimes your tracking information will be updated if the shipment is out for delivery in your area. If you see that the tracking status reads as "delivered", but you haven't received it, be sure to check WITH your with your neighbors or other members of your household. The package may have been delivered to a secure location if you were not available at the time of delivery. If you still can't locate it, send us a note at sales@happydogcatstore.com and we'll be happy to help.


How do I know my order has been shipped?

You should receive an email confirmation once the order ships from our warehouse. Domestic orders should include tracking information, including the tracking URL for you to easily reference. International orders will only have tracking information if you opted for Tracked & Signed Shipping. You may also reach out to sales@happydogcatstore.com for more questions regarding the status of your order.


How soon before you ship my order?

After you place an order with us, please allow 5-25 business days for us to ship your order.

Keep in mind that during the holiday season this may give a slower turn around for orders to ship & we will work hard to get orders out as soon as we possibly can.

Are duties or custom fees included in the sales price?

No. Any duties, taxes, or customs fees will be assessed to the customer by their home country upon the order arriving and must be paid separately to receive your order. If you have any questions regarding this process, please don't hesitate to reach out to sales@happydogcatstore.com


Do you ship to international countries?

Yes, we do ship to international countries. We have received and fulfilled orders from 6 different continents and many different countries. The list of locations that we ship to can be accessed in the drop down menu at checkout.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Please be sure to access this from a desktop as you might have issues when completing this task from a mobile device. Once you log into your profile, identify the product you are subscribed to and select Cancel. You will receive an email confirmation that the subscription has been canceled.
